The Lake Dreams The Sky

The Lake Dreams The Sky - Swain Wolfe Set in a simpler time, but a time where animosity (between whites and Native American Indians) was rampant, and the two peoples coexisted uneasily. This is sort of a Romeo and Juliet story where the 'families' are delineated by racial lines, and as residents versus outsider. This story tells of innocence and also of the lurid violation of it -- the permeability of which, is just a prejudice away.
